Hi Swooners :-)

Expected release date: April 15, 2014
Links: Amazon / Barnes and Noble

Summary from Goodreads:

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister’s ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.

Why I'm waiting:

Writing letters to all my crushes who never knew I had a crush on them...then having all those letters being delivered to said boys and being confronted by all of them...Yea, that's on my list of fears that should never come true...Count me in!!

COVER REVEAL: One Two Three by Elodie Nowodazkij

Synopsis:

When seventeen-year-old Natalya’s dreams of being a ballerina are killed in a car accident along with her father, she must chose: shut down—like her mother—or open up to love.

But a car crash changed all that—and Natalya can’t stop blaming herself. Now, she goes to a regular high school in New Jersey; lives with her onetime prima ballerina, now alcoholic mother; and has no hope of a dance career.

At her new school, however, sexy soccer player Antonio sees a brighter future got Natalya, or at least a more pleasant present, and his patient charms eventually draw her out of her shell.

But when upsetting secrets come to light and Tonio’s own problems draw her in, Natalya shuts down again, this time turning to alcohol herself.

Can Natalya learn to trust Antonio before she loses him—and destroys herself?

FEATURE: Poetry Friday~ Lang Leav

Morning Swooners,

So I just realized that April is National Poetry Month and to celebrate I have decided to share with you some of my favorite poems in all the universe. Today, i'm featuring Lang Leav because I absolutely love her work. It's simple but still brings so much emotion out of you. So I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

First Love
Before I fell
                       in love with words;
                    with setting skies

                     and singing birds-
                  it was you I fell
                   in love with first.

A Stranger
There is a love I reminisce,
      like a seed
               I’ve never sown.

Of lips that I am yet to kiss,
               and eyes not met
    my own.

Hands that wrap around my wrists,
      and arms
                     that feel like home.

I wonder how it is I miss
           these things
                     I’ve never known.

Beauty's Curse
Her bow is drawn
                       to worlds of dark;
                         where arrows spring
                         and miss their mark.

She’ll turn their heads
                        but not their hearts.
